دانه روغنی کلزا باکیفیت، تولید شده در ایران به صورت عمده خرید و فروش می شود.
کلزا دانه روغنی، حاوی 48-40درصد روغن و حدود 35-40درصد پروتئین می باشد. به دلیل درصد بالای روغن موجود در کلزا از آن روغن گیری می شود. روغن تهیه شده از کلزا کمتربن میزان اسیدهای چرب اشباع را دارد و به همین دلیل یکی از سالم ترین روغن های موجود در بازار می باشد. پس از روغن گیری از کلزا کنجاله آن باقی می ماند. همانطور که اشاره شد کنجاله کلزا حاوی 35-40 درصد پروتئین می باشد. این میزان از پروتئین برای تامین نیاز دام و طیور بسیار مناسب است و به همین دلیل از کنجاله کلزا در همین امر استفاده می شود.
