واردات دانه روغنی کنجد سفید درجه یک

انسان به خواص معجزه آسای روغن کنجد متجاوز از پنج هزار ساله که پی برده است. امروزه نیاز روز افزون بشر باعث واردات دانه های روغنی کنجد شده. کنجد سفید درجه یک بیشتر از پاکستان وارد بازار ایران می گردد.
روغن کنجد یکی از روغن های اشباع نشده و مفید برای بدن است. که در آمریکای شمالی و کانادا به مقدار زیاد مصرف می شود. زیرا این روغن نه تنها کلسترول را افزایش نمی دهد، بلکه آن را کاهش نیز می دهد.
درصد روغن گیری 45 الی 50 است روغن شفاف، زرد ولی شیرین زیاد نیست. در شمال کشورمان کشت می شود و به دو حالت با پوست، بدون پوست در بازار وجود دارد. کنجد منبع خوب کلسیم هست. کمبود کلسیم برابر کم خونی می باشد از این رو برای درمان کم خونی نیز موثر می باشد. روغن کنجد بهترین روغن برای سرخ کردن در بین روغن ها است و گرفتگی صدا را بر طرف می کند.
