چه دانه های روغنی را با دستگاه پرس سرد روغن گیری نکنیم؟
مهمترین نکته در این که چه دانه هایی نباید روغن گیری شود؟، این است که دانه ای که قصد روغن گیری از آن را دارید سختی دانه با توان دستگاه شما همخوانی داشته باشد. اگر شما با چند بار روغن گیری از یک دانه ای مثل کرچک مجبور خواهید بود تعمیراتی روی دستگاهتان انجام بدهید، قطعا ارزش اقتصادی ندارد آن دانه با دستگاه شما روغن گیری شود.
مثلا دانه روغنی زیتون برای روغن گیری نیاز به دستگاه ویژه روغن گیری زیتون دارد و با دستگاههای دارای توان متوسط و کم انجام پذیر نیست.
یا دانه کرچک و هسته انار یا گلرنگ چون سخت تر هستند بهتر است در هنگان روغن گیری مراقب باشید. اگر دیدید فشار زیادی روی دستگاه شماست یا روغنی استخراج نمی شود از این کار صرف نظر کنید.
