مغز بادام شیرین شکسته ایرانی جهت تولید محصولات غذایی مختلفی کاربرد دارد. قنادی ها برای تولید انواع شیرینی، کیک، شکلات و بستنی، مغز بادام شیرین را سفید کرده و پودر می کنند. کارگاههای روغن گیری و کارخانه های تولید کره های گیاهی بادام سفید شده و مغز بادام شکسته را جهت تولید کره بادام درختی، تولید روغن بادام شیرین استفاده می نمایند.

• سفید شده یا با پوست بودن

• محصول ایران یا افغانی است

زمانی که بادام سنگی شکسته می شود، مغز های سالم به:

• بادام سالم درشت

• بادام سالم ریز  سورت می شود و
• زیر سرندی مغز ها همان مغز بادام لپه یا سکشته است. ممکن است داخل این مغز ها پوسته های شکسته بادام و یا سنگ ریزه هایی موجود باشد که بوجار شده و از آن جدا می شود.
• همچنین بادام های شکسته درشت ر سورت شده جهت روغن گیری به فروش می رسد
• مغز هایی که درصد پودر بیشتری دارند برای مصارف قنادی و بستنی بسته بندی می گردد.

اما چگونه تشخیص بدهیم که مغز بادم لپه ای که می خریم ایرانی است نه افغانی و یا مغز بادام تلخ شیرین شده؟

1. حتما مزه بادام را تست کنید مغز بادام درختی ایرانی شیرینی بیشتری و دارد و کاملا به مزاج خوش می آید.
2. دقت کنید مغزها به زردی بزند. هر چه مغز ها تیره تر باشد بیشتر احتمال دارد افغانی بوده باشد.
3. مغز بادام ایرانی نسبت به نمونه آمریکایی ضخامت کمتری و نسبت به بادام تلخ و مغز بادام شیرین افغانی تپل تر به نظر می رسد.
4. مغز بادام تلخ شیرین شده بیشتر به بی طعمی می زند در حالی که مغز بادام شیرین، طعم شیرینی مشخصی دارد.
