قیمت دانه روغنی کنجد سفید و قهوه ای ایرانی در بازارهای جهانی و داخلی از مسائل مختلفی تاثیر پذیرفته است. البته صادرات کنجد ایرانی به دلیل افزایش قیمت دلار بسیار پرسود خواهد بود. خرید داخلی نیز چون قیمت کنجد افغانی و پاکستانی بسیار افزایش داشته است،که برای تولید کننده گان روغن مناسب می باشد.
قیمت دانه روغنی کنجد سفید و قهوه ای ایرانی به نسبت سالهای پیش بالاتر رفته است ولی قطعا بسیار مناسب تر از نمونه های خارجی است. البته قیمت گذاری کنجد ایرانی با توجه به پارامترهای مختلف انجام می شود که در متن زیر به آن می پردازیم.
عوامل موثر بر تعیین قیمت دانه روغنی کنجد ایرانی:
درصد رطوبت:
هر چقدر درصد رطوبت پایین تر باشد یا به عبارتی دیگر کنجد خشک تر باشد بهتر است.
درصد تمیزی:
مقدار خاک، پوشال و گرد و احیانا ناخالصی های دیگر در داخل کنجد کمتر باشد، قیمت بالاتری دارد. چون کنجد برداشت شده اولیه باید بوجاری شود تا تمیز گردد. کنجد افغانی و کنجد های داخلی مثل کنجد کازرون معمولا کثیف است و باید دوبار بوجاری شود. اما کنجد هند و کنجد مناطقی مثل لار به خوبی سرند شده اند و کاملا تمیز هستند. یا با یکبار بوجار کردن قابل روغن گیری می باشند.
درصد اسیدی بودن (یا تلخی کنجد):
مقدار کود مصرفی، بودن در فضای مرطوب موجب تلخی کنجد می شود. چون اسیدیته آن را بالا می برد. کنجد هندی به دلیل کود زیاد تلخ تر از نمونه پاکستانی و افغانی است. کنجد منطقه لار به دلیل اینکه تقریبا از کود های با کیفیت و مقدار کم در کشت آن استفاده شده است درصد تلخی بسیار پایینی دارد. هر چقدر درصد تلخی بیشتر باشد قیمت کنجد کمتر خواهد بود.
درصد روغن دهی:
مهمترین پارامتر تعیین کننده قیمت کنجد درصد روغن دهی آن است. هر چقدر درصد روغن کنجد بالاتر باشد قیمت آن نیز بیشتر است. کنجد افغانی، سودانی و در ایران کنجد لار، و دزفول کنجد مغان و کنجد شمال درصد روغن بالاتری دارد. البته از آنجایی که تقریبا کمتر از یک دهه است که کشت کنجد در ایران به صورت جدی و انبوه انجام می گیرد، احتمال دارد مناطق دیگری که خاک حاصلخیزی دارند نیز کنجد با درصد روغن بالاتر داشته باشند.
محصول کدام منطقه از ایران می باشد
در قیمت گذاری کنجد ایرانی طی سالهای اخیر، اینکه کنجد مورد نظر محصول کدام منطقه است هم بی تاثیر نبوده است. البته این موضوع به دلیل کیفیت بالای کنجد برخی مناطق است. برای مثال کنجد لارستان فارس به دلیل درصد روغن بالا و طعم شیرینی که دارد از قیمت بالاتری برخوردار است. کنجد شمال هم معمولا قیمت بالاتری نسبت به بار جنوب ایران دارد. محصول مغان نیز تقریبا دو سال است به بازار آمده است و قیمت بالاتری دارد. چون کیفیت آن از لحاظ شیرینی و درصد روغن بالاست. البته در منطقه مغان بیشتر کنجد سیاه که مخصوص نان و شیرینی است کشت می شود.
قیمت دانه روغنی کنجد سفید و قهوه ای ایرانی نسبت به کنجد سیاه ایرانی کمتر است. دلیل آن هم کم بودن مصرف بار سیاه نسبت به سفید و قهوه ای است. معمولا وفور کشت و برداشت کنجد قهوه ای در مناطق مختلف کشور بیشتر می باشد. برای صادرات نیز معمولا کنجد قهوه ای یا کنجد سفید پوست کنده درخواست می شود.
علاوه بر گزینه های فوق الذکر شرایط قیمت گذاری امسال از مسائل دیگری نیز تاثیر پذیرفته است.
دلایل افزایش غیز قابل پیش بینی قیمت دانه روغنی کنجد سفید و قهوه ای ایرانی در سال 97:
واردات انواع کنجد و دانه های روغنی با ارز آزاد
کمبود محصول کنجد در هندوستان و پاکستان به دلیل افزایش صادرات به چین، روسیه و کشورهای اورپایی از این کشورها
افزایش تعرفه های واردات کنجد نسبت به سال های پیش
تمام این موارد موجب افزایش قیمت دانه های کنجد وارداتی شده است. در نتیجه تقاضا برای خرید کنجد داخلی بالا رفته است. تولید داخلی حتی در گذشته نیز پاسخ گوی نیاز کارخانه های بزرگ و کارگاههای مختلف تولید صنایع غذایی نبوده است. در نتیجه کمبود موجودی کنجد داخلی از هم اکنون احساس می شود. پس قیمت ها رو به افزایش است. حتی برای کنجد ایرانی بیش از 40 درصد افزایش قیمت نسبت به سالهای پیش پیش بینی می شود.
از اواسط آبان ماه تا پایان اسفندماه هر سال شرکت بکردانه آذربایجان انواع کنجد ایرانی را به صورت به حال خود، شسته، بوجاری شده تامین می کند. بسته ها معمولا 40 و 25 کیلویی می باشند. همچنین کنجد مخصوص ارده به صورت تناژ قابل تحویل است.
