مشخصات و کیفیت انواع کنجد وارداتی شرکت بکردانه:

کنجد سفید هندی، بدون پوست است. اما کنجد سفید پاکستانی هم به صورت بدون پوست و هم با پوست در بازار موجود است. کنجد افغانی نیز قهوه ای رنگ می باشد. البته کنجد هندی و پاکستانی سیاه هم در بازار ایران خرید و فروش می شود. علاوه برا این موارد کنجد اتیوپی و کنجد سودان نیز در چند سال اخیر وارد بازار شده است. هر چه کنجد گرید بالاتری داشته باشد دارای درصد روغن دهی،کیفیت و طعم بهتری است. در نتیجه قیمت کنجد بالاتر خواهد. همچنین قیمت کنجد بدون پوست، شسته شده و بوجار شده نسبت به کنجد به حال خود بیشتر می باشد.

مشخصات انواع کنجد هندی

کنجد هندی وارداتی معمولا به رنگ سفید و سیاه است. البته کنجد قهوه ای هندی نیز گاهی براساس درخواست کارخانه ها وارد می گردد. کنجد سفید هندی بدون پوست و 100% سفید بوده در کیسه های 25 کیلویی اورجینال بسته بندی شده است. کاملا تمیز و بدون هیچ گونه ناخالصی می باشد. برند های توپک، ندا و 777 بیشتر در بازار شناخته شده و به فروش می رسد، چون کیفیت بالاتری دارد.

کنجد هندی بدون پوست جهت روغن گیری مناسب نیست چون درصد روغن آن 42 درصد است. ولی جهت استفاده در نانوایی ها و قنادی ها مقرون بصرفه و دارای کیفیت مرغوبی است.

مشخصات کنجد پاکستانی

کنجد پاکستانی را با رنگ های سفید باپوست و سیاه در بازار تهران می بینید. معمولا کشور پاکستان همه کنجد های صادراتی را بوجار می کند ولی تمیزی بوجار پاکستان مثل کنجد های هندی نیست. البته از محصولات افغانی بسیار تمیز تر بوده و گرد و خاک و پوشال کمتری دارد. دانه های سیاه و پوکی ندارد. دارای ۴۷٪‏ تا ۵۰٪‏ روغن دهی می باشد. (این درصد به دستگاه روغن گیری بسیار وابسته میباشد). محصولات بوجار پاکستان در کیسه های 40 کیلویی و محصولات بوجار داخل کیسه های 25 کیلویی بسته بندی می شود. معمولا برندهای نواسلم، بی نظیر، خوش نصیب که دارای کیفیت های بالاتری هستند وارد می گردد.

البته کنجد پاکستانی برای استفاده در ارده گیری پوست گیری می کنیم. که برای پوست گیری از نمک و شور آب شسته استفاده نمی شود که این امر در طعم روغن تولید شده بسیار تاثیر گذار است. به علت نداشتن دانه های سیاه رنگ روغن شفاف تر و ارده سفید تر، ته نشینی کمتر و طعم بهتری خواهد داشت.

مشخصات کنجد افغانی

کنجد قرمز یا قهوه ای افغانی در بازار ایران به وفور یافت می شود. کنجد افغانی دارای 50 الی 58 درصد روغن، طعم شیرین و کیفیت غذایی بالاتری است. در سالهای گذشته با قیمت های بالاتری نسبت به پاکستانی به فروش می رفت. اما در حال حاضر تقریبا قیمت آن برابر با نمونه پاکستانی و سودانی است. در بسته بندی های 60 کیلویی وارد می شود. بسیار کثیف بوده و افت آن در بوجار حتی تا 5 درصد هم بالا می رود. اما معمولا محصول یکبار یا دوبوجار افغانی در اختیار مشتریان خود قرار می دهیم.

در صورت درخواست کنجد بوجار دست افغانی نیز تحویل می گردد که بسیار تمیزتر است. کنجد شسته شده افغانی هم همیشه موجود است. کنجد شمال افغانستان (کنجد میمنه) پوست گیری می شود و برای ارده به فروش می رسد. این کنجد بهترین نوع کنجد بدون پوست برای تولید ارده می باشد. شیرین ترین کنجد بدون پوست موجود در بازار های ایران است و چون درصد روغن بالاتری دارد و حتی گاهی تا 60 درصد می رسد موجب می شود استقبال زیادی از آن بشود. پوست گیری از کنجد در ایران انجام می گیرد و در بسته بندی های 25 کیلویی تحویل مشتریان عزیز می گردد.
