آیا روغن کلزا خوراکی است؟

روغنی که از دانه کلزا گرفته می شود، اگر از کلزا درجه یک باشد کاملا سالم بوده و خوراکی است. اگر کلزا در مرحله خشک شدن کپک نزده باشد و آفت دیگری در دانه شناسایی نشود، روغن دانه کلزا برای پخت و بذر و مصرف مستقیم کاملا مناسب می باشد. روغن کلزا زرد و شفاف است و در دمای پایین یخ نمی زند.

قیمت کلزا روغنی ایرانی:

کلزا ایرانی به نسبت دانه های خارجی گرانتر است. به دلیل خرید تضمینی دولت از کشاورزان با قیمت بیش از 2500 تومن، در بازار آزاد نیز دانه روغنی کلزا کمتر از 4500  تومان فروش ندارد. وقتی دانه خام بوجاری می شود بیش از 3 درصد افت دارد که با هزینه های جانبی قیمت فروش جز آن به بیش از 5000 تومان می رسد. قیمت عمده نیز تقریبا بین 4000 تا 4700 تومان در تناژ بالای ده تن می باشد.
